ARTECH Wire Rope Hoists is very compact with elegant appearance. Hoist with modular construction which simplifies repairs & maintenance. The various parts like motors, gear box, control panel etc. are easily accessible. The hoist gear train is with precision hob cut helical gears having hardness up to 250 to 300 BHN, running on antifriction type ball/roller bearings housed in sheet metal cover with gasket & lubricated with oil bath lubrications. The rope drum is made from M. S. pipe having machined cut spiral grooves & mounted on self alining ball bearings. The guide is made from ferrous material will be provided for perfect setting of rope drum grooves. Electromagnetic fail to safe type brakes are provided on hoist motion which ensure perfect safety even in case of power failure. Limit switches are provided on hoisting & over lowering.
